Jenica Corporation requires that all those who are responsible for their web site's content obey international copyright, trademark and patent laws.

• We will not register any domain name which contains a trademarked name for which those registering it  do not have written permission from the trademark holder.
   
• Webmasters and designers who are responsible for sites hosted with us may not use any graphics or text from any copyright protected web site without written permission from the copyright holder. No graphics may be copied from the Jenica Corporation web site or from any web site designed or hosted by Jenica Corporation with out written permission.
   
• Web site content may not contain false claims or intentionally misleading information as to the affiliation of the site without the legal right to claim such affiliations.

Violators of this policy are subject to immediate suspension of service.
